When you write a review: you sign in with Google, and we store your Google display name, profile photo, and the email associated with your account, along with your star rating, written review, and any photos or videos you choose to upload.
Table booking: the "Book a Table" feature opens WhatsApp with a message you can send to the cafe. We do not store booking details on this site — the conversation happens in WhatsApp, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregate site usage (pages viewed, general location, device). You can decline this in the cookie banner.
We do not collect payment information on this website. Any payments are handled directly by the cafe (for example, within WhatsApp Business).
How your information is used
Your review, name, photo, and uploaded media are shown publicly on the site so other guests can read them — similar to reviews on Google Maps.
Analytics data is used only to improve the website and the cafe's service.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Reviews and uploaded media are stored securely using Supabase (our database and file host). Access to manage this data is limited to the cafe and the site administrator.
Deleting your data
You can delete your own review from the site at any time while signed in. To request removal of your account data entirely, contact the cafe at +91 83411 00610 and we'll remove it.
Review & content policy
To keep reviews trustworthy and useful, by posting you agree that your review:
reflects a genuine, first-hand experience at Mirosa;
contains no spam, advertising, hate speech, harassment, personal attacks, or unlawful content;
does not include others' personal information, and that any photos or videos are your own and safe for a general audience.
Mirosa may hide or remove reviews or media that break these rules, are fraudulent, or are posted in bad faith. Owner replies to reviews are shown publicly.
